MISSION STATEMENT
•Our goal and objective at Villain Pictures, LP is to make quality films that deal with real and serious issues that are crippling our society.

•Our film “life.less” will be a drama that will deal directly and indirectly with the demise of our young children in the United States and abroad, children that are being molested and prostituted as early as nine and ten years old. The film will not only be entertaining but also intriguing and enlightening to audiences around the world given the fact that it is based on true stories from people that have gone though these traumatic situations. Such production will involve a diverse cast that will appeal to all audiences and all races both domestic and foreign.
OPPORTUNITY/INVESTMENT
Villain Pictures seeks an Investor or an Executive Producer to fund the current project for Theatrical release. The minimum investment could either be the entire budget or whatever amount the investor feels comfortable contributing for the production.

Gross revenue flowing back to Villain Pictures, LP will be distributed at 80% to the“Limited Partners” and 20% to the “General Partners” until initial investment is fully recouped plus 10% interest. Thereafter, all profits will be split 50/50 between all partners.

Investor (s) should expect to receive the following from their investment:

100% of the initial investment

10% interest return on initial investment

50% of remaining profits from all proceeds

VILLAIN PICTURES, LP
The limited partnership agreement will be between the production company Villain Pictures (General Partner) and the investor (Limited Partner). Villain Pictures will serve as managing director of the company. The private investor will become a silent and limited partner of the company, thereby receiving up to (50%) fifty percent equity in the company for the sole production of “life.less”.
